Check with your internet provider. I had the same issue during the summer. There was a problem with the fiber that provided the signal.

For the last few weeks, I had a bad problem dropping games (LAN cable connect/disconnect error). So, I traded my Xfinity router for a new one (same model), assigned my PS5 static IP addresses for both wired and wireless, and port forwarded the appropriate ports. After the first day of doing this, I dropped three games in a row, but I haven't dropped any games since.
