It what parallel universe can Mike Piazza -- arguably the worst catcher and noodle arm extraordinare in history-- throw out Kenny Lofton AND Honus Wagner on consecutive plays with a 2-step lead?

Stealing was a massive over-correction a few years ago.
It went from stealing bases with Yaddy Molina to Lofton et.al. being gunned down by Little League arms.Find the happy medium, SDS!

They probably swung the pendulum too far, but I prefer it be very hard to steal. Steal-cheese is as bad as bunt-cheese, and just slightly better than get-in-a-rundown-to-take-an-extra-base-cheese.

Yeah as much as it sucks im happy with the difficulty stealing. Plenty of other things they need to fix long before that

I have only been playing 20 and 21, and I see it even on those games lately. I don't mind it so long as it is consistent, but I hate it when my 97 speed runner gets the extra step on the leadoff, the pitcher throws a changeup, and the runner is going in super slow motion and everyone else is moving at regular speed and he is out by a mile when he should be safe.
I also don't try to steal much online since I am a weak hitter and cannot afford to give away the free out when I don't get as many base runners as most people.

I would say Swiss cheese is the worst. I've always wanted to like it, but I just don't. Give me a nice provolone, though.

Provolone is a good cheese. Havarti is also a good cheese. A havarti and provolone grilled cheese sounds pretty good right now. Edam is a cheese that I don’t think I’ve ever eaten but I see it come up in crossword puzzles all the time.
