Who do you think are the best starting pitchers and the best relievers everyone should have in their lineups?

Like any card, it depends on the user. One person’s rotation could be terrible for someone else. For the most part, Randy Johnson is usually at the top of the list. Either 99 would work. Some users want every pitcher to have outlier, I care more about pitch repertoire and per 9s.
For your bullpen, the two best lefties are Billy Wagner and Aroldis Chapman; I am sure most of the community would agree, but probably not everyone.
There are so many good pitchers, you have to play and find out what works for you. -

I took a bit of a hiatus from the game and have about 1.5 million stubs to spend on improving my rotation and pen. The thing is every pitcher plays differently from year to year. For instance I haven't heard great things about the 99 Burnes this year. Some of the players remain staples. Kluber and Ryan seem to be somewhere in the mix every year. Just wanted to see what people are working with and who they've had luck with online.

I understand what your saying. I actually think Ryan hasn’t been very good the past few years, but this year he has much better control. I know a lot of people like him this year, but I still struggle with him myself sometimes. I have not got Kluber yet. The meta of the game is different, so I was persuaded against getting him when he came out. Now I want to get him. I do like the Roy Halladay card, but I have limited use with his MS card in head to head games. As for your pen, if you
haven’t tried the 99 A. Chapman yet, he has good control to go along with his stuff.
Sorry for the long post. I hope others give you some input too. -
Either Randy is a must. Then pending on who you want or prefer as far as a degrom Ryan verlander for power, kluber maddux Kershaw. Cueto and Ohtani have been fun to use

Depends on difficulty also. I have some pitchers that I pitch much better on hall of fame and they are horrible on all-star. I mostly only play events right now though so some of ERAs are little inflated compared if I played them in rank. My best are...
Randy (either one) Sig- 30-5 1.66 ERA 33-3 3.02 Milestone
Nolan Ryan 21-6 2.46
Justin Verlander 17-1 2.03
Sandy Alcantara 23-3 4.11
deGrom 13-4 3.00Relievers I think Duran, Britton, Treinen, Gossage are the best for me.

The Britton Milestone card has been in my pen since I picked him from the boss pack. Solid card.

I just picked Walter Johnson from BR rewards.
Is he a top 5 pitcher or would you sell and buy who (in your opinion). I have 1.2m stubs.
Rotation:
Ohtani(Takashi)
Gibson
Maddox
Randy J (P5) -

Randy J (P5)Walter Johnson has been pretty good for me so far, up to parallel 3. I think people have a hard time with his wind-up and side-arm throw. I am probably just lucky with him so far. Verlander has been amazing for me.
I have 90 Gibson parallel 5, but I can't pitch with his 99 to save my life. I think I have a 10.00 ERA with him.

I’m ok with WJ’s delivery, but for 1M stubs, I can get Ryan, Verlander and DeGrom and have some stubs leftover. It’s strictly for offline use as I think I’ll pass rhe time playing the USA Map.
