I need this card to finish the rangers collection and I couldn't believe how expensive it is.

Looking at the transaction history of this card, is it true that it wasn't in packs until 3/27? If this is the case, as more packs get ripped it would make sense then that it eventually falls in with the rest of the market(imho).

Is there anything else worth knowing about this card that justfies this cost (and hypothetically making 0 difference if I get it now or later)?
