Does anyone know if the exchange pages have players listed by alphabetical order if cards have the same ovr or is it just completely random?

Which Exchange Pages? Are you away from the console?

I think they are organized by overall rank followed by shoes size from large to small.

Yeah it would be for me. I still haven't done ls collection and if I buy 77ovr cards at 100 each that means golds 81-84 I break even or spend less to acquire that card. In the event you do get dupes you can still sell those and still makes stubs. Only asked because if I'm spending 30 min doing exchanges I want to make it as easy as possiable. Hence givani from the cardnails first card on page 5
