Is there a setting for the "Runner" alert?

I used to hear "Runner" in CPU and Conquest games when an opponent stole. I do not hear that anymore. Is there a setting for that, or did they change the game?

Its the cpu cheating.just like fielders seeming like the are trying to run in waist deep water,or your baserunners stopping in between bases or still in lead off waiting for the pitch after its in play, etc etc
