Lag question

Hey, not to be all tin hat conspiracy but, is there some way my opponent can create lag that messes up my pinpoint pitching input?
Sometimes the timing of this sudden inability to give good input because of some weird lagginess (laggy-ness?) seems pretty weird…

more than likely, it's just a poor connection to the opponent. I've seen it and warping pitches. Also, I've seen what looks to be double or triple with a man on, then have the inning end, and an alleged double play when the OF caught it on the opponent's screen. (last year at least, haven't yet this year)

Yeah, no doubt. Just very odd that my connection was fine the entire game until my opponent was hitting with one out in his last.

Maybe your opponent was on a 14.4k or 28.8k.
Man...could you imagine how long you'd have to wait just to load the splash screen for the game? Oh, the good ol' days.
