Mathews rakes. Sutter is good too. That’s all I’ve got for now

I love Matthews swing. Sutter has been lights out. That splitter falls off the table. Both are really good. All of the other cards have been really good too. I would’ve never thought I’d have 7 home runs With Lou Brock in his first 58 at bats. He’s ridiculous. Michael Young same thing with him. He’s been crushing everything. Ralph is a good pinch hitter type player. The only problem with that is it’s kinda pointless to just have a guy to come off the bench just to hit with so many other good players that can run, hit, play defense, etc. The biggest shocker to me is Joe Torre. I don’t even know what to think about him. I’m hitting almost .500 with him but it’s pretty much all singles. He hit 1 home run and that was a low and away pitch at Polo grounds that he hit opposite field that went about 340 feet. I thought he’d be crushing the ball. It’s gotta be me. I’m sure everyone else is probably crushing balls with him. I don’t get it. I’m gonna keep trying him out but Posada is likely to come back very soon.

I’ve said this before, but Retro Finest has been a game changer for making more legends useable and competitive. Lineup diversity is so much better as a result. Love to see it.

I think so too. His stats are great. I’m hoping I can get it going with him. Have you tried him yet?

Not yet. I've bought him but I've been finishing up the BR program. I also mostly play events and despise moonshot so I probably won't use him until the next event

I love the retro finest cards. Wish some of them had secondaries though. It’s hard to choose who to play and not play at each position. That’s not really a bad thing though. Options are good

They really are some high end cards but the sheer number of them kind of devalue some great ones we just got. Honus and Larkin are amazing. Torre is now the best catcher and Mathewsand Kiner or no joke. This is after they just gave us a free Albert and the Moonshot guys are pretty good too. Shef is staying in the lineup but I also liked Killebrew. Honestly the current release makes me feel a bit foolish for doing the big collections. Brett, Cutch and Jimmy are still amazing but thier are comparable replacements for a fraction of the cost. I guess it does make for some varied lineups. One thing is for certain that is some of these so so players are getting juiced Retro Finest cards, Mantle and Griffey better get maxed stats across the board on theirs.

I'm don't think that is a bad problem to have though. Say what you want about this years game, but the lineup variety this year is the best it has ever been and I don't think it's very close

Surprisingly Torre (maybe Finest does change things), Brock is great as well and Matthews crushes as always, Larkin is great as well. No luck so far with Michael Young though and i havn't tried Sutter yet.

I can't wait to use some of these. Haven't gotten to play this weekend much but I grabbed all the base round and Larkin and will probably grab the others 1 by 1 over the next few days. Can't wait to see their potential.
