Twitch Drops Claimed but never arrive

I've connected my Twitch, unlinked, re-linked and I have 9 packs claimed and still the packs never show up in my inventory. Are they sending them all after the event? I keep watching streams and adding packs but nada. Emailed for support and showed pics and of course they asked if I had claimed the packs on Twitch. I sent back the same pics showing the claims. Any ideas?
