How long does it take for a response to a ticket

I lost everything I had in the game and I’ve tried all the suggestions I’ve gotten to no avail so I gave in a submitted a ticket almost three days ago now but I haven’t received any response is that normal.

Thanks but I tried that and the weirdest part is I had gotten the digital deluxe add-on well after I got the game and when I open up my game after I lost everything I didn’t have my double daily’s anymore as if it took away my digital deluxe edition but when I went to the store it still said it was unavailable since I bought it already.

I don't know anything about this, but just out of curiosity, did you check your account on here to see if it's on your SDS "account." I ask because I noticed you're not signed on this forum as PSN or xbox.
