Player exchanges. 50000 exchange points gets you 10 TA points. 1 showdown win gets you 20 TA points

I did exchanges, the moment, and innings played with players. Just load a team full of players from whatever TA you're working on and play like 5 games vs the CPU. You will accumulate 81 innings per game.
