Conquest Objectives Question?

Quick question...in the Kraken Conquest, I was able to beat the 6 stronghold on the first 6 turns objectives; HOWEVER, I missed getting "steal 3 mil fans before the end of your 3rd turn."
Can I play the rest of the Conquest out and then restart to finish off that 3 million fan objective? and then it'll count as completed?
or do I need to restart it all now?!

You can finish the map then go back and get the steal fans done. there are 3- stl 3 by 3rd turn, 6 by 6th turn and stl 9 by 9th turn.
