This Extreme Breaks down like this is in my opinion.
Conquest/P5 Wood- a monkey can do them but big time commitment /grind.
Moments- average player with determination can beat these, some luck goes a long way.
Showdown- much tougher than last one. Will take skill, determination and some luck.

This is a great breakdown. I was thinking of doing enough moments to get Wood and then use him to get get the Finest Last Call PXP mission done. That would get some of the Extreme Missions and the Last Call out of the way. That may be a little much just to do the Finest Last Call, though. I already have a couple of Finest pitchers I can use for it, but I thought being able to eliminate two missions at once would be nice.

Honestly I have the Jackie Robinson card at 2nd and Ron Santo at 3rd. Both great hitter and fielders I don’t think I need Cano and Donaldson that badly.

Going to attack conquest tomorrow and should get Wood to P4 or close to P4 after all those conquest games
I will say, showdown is a monster. First run, I failed on round 2. Somehow I just ran through all missions and beat Randy with 19 outs to go

I like that though, vets still have a challenge and our new friends can still get this program done. I am leaning towards a W on this one from SDS. I think in the end its a perfect balance for right now with two new player bases.
I agree on giving SDS credit on this. I’m glad Extreme is back, I love the challenge as well
I hit my upvote limit lol but I agree, so glad it’s back and I think its the right balance to get the new players hooked on it too.
Although challenging, definitely a breath of fresh air that this game needed
Absolutely!, my only gripe about this program is that conquest isn’t against all time teams like the old timers/Ruth program, but at the same time I understand why they didn’t do that.
Have you done conquest yet? Wonder about how long that takes
i just finished up all of the main goals in the extreme conquest - it was super easy - no stress whatsoever mate

I did all the turn based goals and then took over the map. Will play all the remaining games on veteran/rookie now and the will try to finally beat the showdown.

The Kerry Wood 20K one.
It's 0-0, going into extras. Had 0 stamina but still had to pitch. Just needed 1 more K, but with no stamina I had to nibble. Gave up 1 run, but Yordan hit a ground out for the final out. They won 1-0. Sucks to lose it like that!Fastball, slurve,12-6 at all times, pound the fastball

Right after, I get the Delgado one on 4 pitches!! The last hit in the 7th inning. 3 straight homers after about 25 tries, lol.
https://youtu.be/ZUtFcd98lQAIt’s crazy how it can be different for others. I took my first try at the moments today. Finished Griffey on first try, Wood on second. I got the 3 straight homers after a few tries.
But this Delgado one, it’s taking way too long. I can’t get anything decent to hit. 4-pitch walks without anything close, it’s ridiculous. I know pitching in moments is absurd, but this takes it to another level. I don’t hardly get anything to hit. Yeah, Delgado hit 4 HRs in a game, but I guarantee the pitching wasn’t like this. I’ve come within one a few times, got thrown out at second on a ball off the wall where I would have completed it if I was safe. Way too many warning track balls. Way too often where it looks like I’ve hit it nearly perfect and it’s a harmless fly out, not much exit velocity on some of these good swings.

Just got wood in about an hour and a half. 40 minutes of it was the Cole moment though. Did Griffey, Wood, Pujols, and somehow Delgado all in one try. Imo this being easier than 20s is overblown imo. The showdown is harder, conquest just takes time. It's basically the same thing minus the 2 moments that actually made 20 hard imo
CQ I have finished all the turn mission and stealing fans and highest level I had to play on was AS, Now I can play the rest of the game on RS if I choose to, If done right you do not have to restart at all. I only lost 1 game because I was super tired.

It will take some time but the highest level I had to play on was AS, Finish all the turn missions and stealing fans. i still have to take over half the strong holds. I can now play those on R if I choose to. No need to restart it was pretty easy.
