Riley July POTM | I Still Can't Access Stage 2

It has been three weeks since I submitted a ticket regarding the July POTM program and after several back and forth emails with SDS I still can't get a resolution to this issue.
Apparently SDS was having some sort of server issues to begin with since this was the program that came out three hours late. After the first moment of week 5, the Starling Marte one, the screen turned black and white and I didn't get any xp or stubs for that mission. I didn't think too much of it at the time, I finished all of the missions and went to collect all of the Topps Now cards and realized I was one short. I went ahead and bought Mancini on the market hoping that would maybe trigger something in the program. Still no luck and I am stuck on 73 points. SDS has told me twice they have fixed the issue and I keep showing them screenshots that it is still locked. I've tried putting July Topps Now players in my lineup to see if that would give me any points in stage 2 but that doesn't work either.
Sorry for the long post, but I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to get this fixed? I guess I am just hoping someone from SDS sees this post and can fix the issue. I also sent them a video showing every moment was done and every card collected.

I know this would be a stupid fix, but did you try playing that week's moments again? I'm guessing one shows as completed but is not

Yes, I played them all again, hoping that would fix the "glitch". It looks like it would be simple enough just to give me those 2 points or just to go ahead and unlock Stage 2. It looks like if you count all of the missions, moments, and collections that you could collect 135 points, so if I could just get into Stage 2 I could easily gain those two points I am missing.
