I don't really care as long as they aren't P5. Using P5's in events is lame. Alot of that is on SDS on having no restrictions every single event though

You make a valid point, my friend. I have Nolan and Pedro, but I still have not completed LS collections. If I do complete the collection, I will be using Randy; f not, why do the collection at all?

I don't care about hitters. The people that use P5 Randy, Nolan etc are playing 1 event game and resetting the run to throw them again and hope for quits. I promise you are in the minority. Almost everyone that dpams Randy and Nolan in event games are just trying to cheese free wins. I still play those games, but it's a stupid way to play
Also, if you have 62 P5s why are you using those same cards in events instead of trying to get more of them?

So, you know they aren't that good if there team full of P4 Diamond players have no hits.
I have no hits myself; but that's because I'm just playing for the PXP with Reds players and I bunted all game.

Exactly, there’s also plenty of diamond reds players you can get on the market to complete this with. I know from his posts on one of his SEVERAL accounts that he has plenty of stubs he’s sitting on so he could easily buy or rent some Reds to compete with if he wants to play Events.

For whatever reason, i always found Pedro easier to hit. He has a very simple to pick up pitch delivery i guess (for me)

Yeah I actually haven't even played the Event. I'm just saying I wouldn't avoid those cards.
But yeah I much prefer restricted Events, so I'm not even tempted to use most of those guys!

OP also says he bunts every at bat, so he admits he has no skills and has to bunt cheese, which is a significantly bigger exploit than using a top tier pitcher, which isn't even an exploit.
I am probably the worst online hitter in the show community, and I routinely get stuck facing degrom and Ryan nearly every time. I hate losing, and am usually frustrated during the game, but I don't demand that they go find that 58 starter and put him on the mound so I can have a chance to win. I also don't bunt cheese like OP.

I used to think it was cheesy to use Randy in event games, but really we’re all just trying to get to 30 wins or whatever it is, so now I feel like use your best guys or whoever you want. Using Mark Prior over Nolan doesn’t make you a better person.

Well said. That's awesome that you keep playing online. I get so frustrated I usually switch back to CPU. Part of that is I feel like I need to be accomplishing something which I need to get over. I'm all caught up. But your skills will improve while mine will stay stuck in 1st gear.
Not sure why OP does this. He starts off chill with every new screen name and then he drops a gem like ⁶this.
I worked hard to get Randy in May (ok not really, but I played a lot) and grinded and flipped for Pedro and Nolan. Of course I'm gonna use them.
OP come on man, you were doing better and then this.....just stop.

Last night 7 event games in a row I started Randy Johnson and I got quits. I got to Eddie Murray. Jumped into ranked started Randy guy took one pitch and quit lol. Cmon. How do you get better if you’re just facing certain pitchers. I don’t bail on Randy.
