Rewarded Packs not showing up

So I’ve been grinding different Programs and I’ve noticed that the game is not putting packs I’ve unlocked into my inventory. How can I reclaim these packs because it’s starting to happen fairly often? I’ve also noticed that the game is not rewarding Xp and player xp consistently.

No I don’t see them on the app but I keep seeing them pop up after games then go to open them up and they aren’t there.
