Looks like there are 9 bosses out of three choice packs
99 FS Oneill Cruz
99 FS Riley Greene
99 FS Grayson Rodriguez99 FB Joey Votto
99 FB Yadier Molina
99 FB Zack Greinke99 Legend Brian Roberts
99 Legend Ron Santo
99 Legend Al KalineIf you only get 1 pick per pack I'm taking
Cruz
Votto
Santo -
They’ll all be 10k in a few days so it really doesn’t matter, but I’ll be taking Cruz, Greinke, and Roberts. I would like Molina but he’s going to be slow as dirt.
-
Rodriguez was awesome last year. TN Greene was awesome earlier this year, and I want to try Cruz. So I’ll be selling the legends

I'll post here in support of old guys everywhere.
I'm sure I'm in the minority, but I LOVE a good Brian Roberts card...
BTW - best thread ever.

Same. Roberts was always one of my favorite players. Also Delino Deshields because he gave me some hitting tips as a young kid.

How does Brian Roberts get to a 99 without juicing his stats beyond what they should be?

Brian Reynolds is a SAINT!!!

Probably by inflating useless attributes like Clutch and discipline.
His 05 season was pretty good though. Hit .314, OPS over .900. Career high in HR (18). Plus he's always had good speed and defense.

I shall have them all please.

His 2007 season he stole 50 bases and batted 290. Power may be average but I can see this card being a great extra base hitting card with sneaky power.

That's the idea lol. Taking O'Neil Cruz, Greinke and I'm leaning towards Brian Roberts but that Ron Santo could also be very good.

Right, but the finest card is from 05. Oddly so is his 88 overall breakout...so probably just peep that card and juice it up a bit. high 50s power goes up to low 80s. Contact from 100/71 to like 120/100 or something weird. Plus boosted speed/fielding etc.

Incoming: BR Flawless-
Takashi Mike Mussina 99 -

Takashi Mike Mussina 99Its a low blow. I was so set on grabbing 99 Volpe as my new SS (Yankee fan) to replace Peraza but Moose was one of my favorite pitchers. Was bummed his Yankee Sig was done so dirty and now they going to make me choose (or spend stubs/wait another month).
-
If those are the packs, it’s not a good program. Sorry. Boring players.
-
It does not matter if Mussina is a 99..he has no outlier...he will be hit. They can put his h9 to 125
..he still will get hit. -
