How the support team doesn’t get back to you and you have but I claim in for at least a week ago no status update nothing.

They did in years past. For some reason they just ghost us this year. Something has definitely changed in the way things are run and not for the best.

I think the obvious answer is that they are understaffed and overworked. Even though they have tripled the number of consoles the game is now released on I can guarantee that they probably did not triple the support staff.
Of course then add in those players who clutter the support queue by submitting multiple tickets on the same issues in the course of a couple of days.
