Best Player by Position (1B)

This ought to be a good one since so many great cards at least have 1B as their secondary. Who are your top 5: 1B in the game?
I have to begin by saying I have not used David Ortiz yet though I do have him. Same goes for some of the new All Stars like Goldy and Cron. I just haven't had a chance to use them a ton. That will change.
1.Frank Thomas-Award 99 I play offline and love this card.

Carlos Delgado Takashi 97- Monster, absolute monster.

Pete Alonso/Albert Pujols HRD 97- who needs speed when you hit bombs.

Michael Toglia FS 95- Love the switch hitting and easily my favorite hitting FS card (other than Brujan).

Jared Walsh- TN 95 great swing, love the no doubt animation.
Honorable Mention- Babe Ruth Takashi 97- I use him as an OF. But he's played 1B a bit when my digital players need a digital day off.

Try the FS Nick Pratto. He's hit the brick warehouse at Camden Yards a couple of times for me.

I like the 99 Ortiz better than all the rest, although I don't have Frank. I haven't hit well with Frank in previous years though.

Frank is a basehit machine which i guess is great but usually i like some power at 1st. Ortiz has been clutch for me in a small sample size. With the glut of third basemen you almost need to run one of them at 1st. Devers, Brett, and the new Riiley.

4.Devers. I know he isn’t a first baseman but I like him there.
5.TogliaI think Morneau is top 5 but I don’t have him yet. Also I don’t know if I spelled his name right lol

I have David Ortiz and he rakes, but Jerrod Walsh and that home run waddle of his can’t be beat.

I almost put Walsh on my list. He’s pretty good. The waddle lol

1B seems like a good spot for Riley if you need a righty and don’t have/like Frank.
