my game keeps crashing on my switch and my play station 5 i cant even get into to the game i tried reaching out for support and the representative didn't even get back to me i emailed them at least 5 times for a status update on my claim and no one respond was wondering if anyone can help.

its been doing this over the last 48-72 hours i lost count just so frustrated can anyone help i tried contact the support team no one got back to me with status updates on my claim
