Custom Stadium Bug

I've got a PS5 and lately I've been trying to get the custom stadiums to work right but I'm having some issues. I can't quite get the hang of creating my own from scratch so downloaded a stadium, made some aesthetic changes, and then saved it. I went to my franchise game where I've been playing as my custom team the "Tennessee Outlaws" and assigned the new stadium to my team. However, every time I go to play a home game the stadium isn't my assigned one. It's one of the generic templates.

I read about a bug a while back, but from my understanding that way fixed. Can anyone help me figure out why this is still happening? Or is it still just a bug that I have to deal with?
