No xp for all star program

After playing a game I'm supposed to earn xp for the new all star program but all it says is "play games or do missions to earn xp" after every game I check my progress through the program page and it hasn't moved even when I win. I've restarted the game and my xbox my wifi is fine and now I'm worried

That screen was disabled because it was causing crashes, according to SDS. You are still earning XP, unless you hit the daily limit. I don't know what the limit is.

I havent earned any xp except from the featured moments
