Not gaining XP

I’ve noticed this for the last maybe week and a half, but I haven’t been gaining any XP in the main programs, for example, I just played 2 Conquest games, and got no XP upon completing them. It says something like “You need to have an online connection” but my connection is fine, is anyone else having this problem?

Did you play offline homerun derby before this happened? If so, reinstall the game
