Suffering from a new issue. Playoffs begin, if you sim a game and get a message about an injury after, the game will freeze up no matter what. Has happened twice now to me in the past day.
The prompt appears "____ has suffered an injury" and you can choose to either bench, replace, or stop simming. Any option causes the game to lock up - menus still animating, but not able to click anything.
