Why does nobody says Degrom??
If he had outlier on his Live card maybe. But everyone faced him so many times last year that, at least for me, isn't that hard to hit.

DeGroms lack of outlier and his offspeed break isnt super high. Kind of easy to predict what people do with him so hes not super effective against better players. Generally just a gateway to Utley and Randy.
I think even last year he was easier to time up than the FS Cabrera (maybe its because you say him every other game).
My 3 best pitchers right now (dont even got Randy so could say him if I wanted to) is probably Awards Keuchel, POTM Skubal (hit a P/P HR with him and his massive 1 contact/ 1 power FLEX) and FOTF Manoah. Manoah is the first card I've ever P5'd.
I'm bouncing between HOF/AS difficulties as I'm stuck in the high 600s. Also playing for innings more than wins atm so I tend to not replace pitchers unless its the start of an inning (which has led to some Ls)

Like a bunch of people said, Moose is a great card. I liked that JR Richard card but I found that only his fastball was effective. Believe it or not, Paralleled Seaver works great for me, He has the perfect blend of speed//movement/control on his fastball and his slider is just enough decreased speed and movement to the edge of the zone with a slight drop that it makes it likely for the opponent to top the ball. Plus his sinker is very nice and easy to control for me. And his curve is harder to pinpoint but is very deceptive and will get you lots of swings at balls in the dirt. Price and Dontrelle were much better than I thought hey'd be. I had a problem pitching with Glavine ...for all my high rated cards, Scherzer still performs really well for me though. I also think the Pedro card is underrated. I got my hands on that Eury Perez card (funny story, my son pulled an authentic Eury autograph card out of a pack and then later that day I got him as the reward card. Still have not tried him yet but am very excited to give him a shot. And I know that this is not a card people would consider competitive but for some reason I pitched really well with Detmers - I thought I'd get shelled but he was dominant.....I have every card in the game except for the 2 silvers Realmuto and Melancon but am working towards earning those, so if anyone has questions about how any card plays and is willing to trust my judgement, I would be glad to give my feedback on any card.
