Not letting me get Event rewards by not adding cumulative wins

I got to 23 wins in the Moonshot weekend 3 event, and have since won 4 games and yet it still says 23 wins and I haven’t gotten any rewards. Really annoying because I don’t get the always intense 1 pack that I’ve earned and won’t be able to get the always intense 2 pack that I should be close to.
