Red/blue diamond? Whats the difference

Does it actually change anything or just bragging rights? Does it need to be done or even worth it? I see no reason to do it.

Red ones have increased attributes, pitchers can
have increased velocity. They can only be obtained by grinding stats online with the blue card. -

There is a slight increase in attributes but hardly. I'd still do the grind to get the XP and stubs

I havent compared what changes..
Almost done need 60 more Strikeouts and 60 more innings
