Settings issue

Anyone else having this problem. When I get on, it loses my settings and I have to set fav team and go thru settings and set them up all over again. This is the 4th time now.

I assuming that since he has a PS logo next to his name, it would be the PlayStation. I'll apologise if I'm wrong.

Good look. Missed that detail. I'm ps5 and haven't run into this issue. More details would help to troubleshoot.

Is this your first day logging on?

Yes, Playstation. Still on ps4. It's odd. Gameplay is normal. But when I start the game it loads normally, shows my daily 2 log in cards and you can see its connected to my DD team cause you can see my coins and all. Then when I accept the log on cards to proceed, it instead goes to the original select favorite team screen, then directly into the tutorial game. I exit out of the tutorial game and all my settings are now gone and reset to default and I have to redo all gameplay/presentation/mode specific all over again every time.
