First time poster with 2 questions. Sorry if this has been addressed:

It seems as though the game doesn't change very much year to year. I've noticed that each release mostly has the most current season's statistics. Would it ever be feasible (or is it possible) to have a library of all rosters of all time? So you could play, like the 1912 Red Sox vs. 1963 Braves?

Is it possible to manage a game (not play) but actually WATCH the game being played? I know you can manage on a "shortcut" menu, but that isn't very fun.
FYI - the latest game I have is The Show 2018

- Possible yes. Feasible no.they would have to have the rights for every player of the teams.
- 2018 might be limited on manage only mode, they did expand it but i cant remember the year they did that.

Don't games like "Out of the Park Baseball" feature every player and every team (basically) ever? Is there some sort of difference for this game?

This game uses their physical likeness, which needs permission to use, ootp might not need it for names or might be small enough that its not worth filing a suit about,

2 k has more players then this game at the end of the year then this does at the start of the year idk what your point is there even tho 2k still sucks they were able to do it n this game has so much potential it just borderline mid

What sport? how many players each team?
Basketball .’,all off them besides like maybe handful group of players n the teams be of different eras per team unless they were but teams going all the way back
