SDS support doesnt respond at all to any of my inquiries, and I have received zero messages or emails explaining why my PS account on this forum has been banned and now my Xbox starting today. I know for a fact I wasnt involved in any TOS violations, but no matter how many support tickets I send in I cannot get a response. Can Sony help me with this? Or if they exist a forum moderator?
I have been part of this forum since 2016 and very involved and to be banned for nothing and not have even an email or a message saying I am banned or why is pretty low. It honestly is kinda beginning to sour me on this whole game knowing now we have people who operate this kind of customer service working for SDS now. I am all for cleaning things up, but clean up the right stuff and if you do let the person know you did it and why.
I am gonna send a message to Sony since SDS refuses to respond but i cannot imagine it helping. If 22 is it then so be it. At least now I know I wont be missing much.

Does anyone know the @'s to the forum guys like Collin and whomever else, Victor I think?
If someone just came on and said you were banned for a Month because of this and that from this thread I would be 100% fine and wait it out. But this ghosting BS isnt cool lol.

This is ridiculous.
This year's game cycle has had THE LEAST amount of community interaction from SDS that I ever recalled seeing since 16.
This is the official forums. This is where they would want folks to post to talk about the game, help others and keep people engaged. This is NOT how you do it.
Relatively speaking, I'm an old soul. Been playing online games for close to 30 years. Never seen blind censorship like this before. Nothing has been said to the community as a whole containing guidance about what NOT to do. Instead, they've blindly banned folks instead of engaging.
In another thread, you've indicated this may be it for you. You aren't alone in those feelings unfortunately.
I hope this gets resolved soon for you. We're all human. Normally when you make a mistake, you can self correct if provided feedback for what you did. Alienating your player base via poor customer service doesn't move the needle.
