Not getting packs

I just got to 85 program stars in the big dog program and should have unlocked the big dog 3 pack. It still has yet to show up in my inventory though. I’ve tried restarting my game and console but still haven’t got it. The outline of the pack in the program has that blue flashing like player rewards do if that could mean something. I wanted to know if anybody had a similar problem and had found a solution before I submit a ticket. I haven’t had any issue not getting any program reward before this either

This may sound stupid; but are you sure it reads 85pts?
Also, I see you did try exiting the game and restarting it. Have you tried to play another game (Conquest) to see if it populates then?
