Card Rarity - Limited Release

Does anyone know if certain cards will be limited for release? Like after a card is released for an event will SDS reduce how many additional cards will be released?
Example: Trevor Hoffman Takeshi card available via Ranked Season or BR. Will it become rarer after the event ends, or will they just keep spitting out the card in packs?

The only cards currently that I'm unsure about Rarity are Pujols, Delgado, and Julio Rodriguez. BR will be the next to have rewind packs and Events and RS already have them

I see chase packs being in the next flash sale

So big drop in value of Delgado or Pujols depending on which Chase pack is offered. Not invested there, but good to know.

I'm not sure what you mean. They're choice packs. People can choose Hoffman in every rewins pack every time, or never choose him. Theoretically price should even out through all the event rewind picks since you are most likely going to pick whoever is selling for the most. I think there were 2-3 rewind packs in the last event reward path if I remember correctly.
