Lost everything - can someone help?

So I was just playing Diamond Dynasty and the game mode crashed sending me back to the main menu, I go to click back on diamond dynasty and it has rest my back to day one team/tutorial....its even reset it on the companion app.

Has anyone experienced this before? Or have any idea how to get my team, my cards, my stubs back?

Iv tried to unlink my account and nothing, im at a loss here.
