I messed up my finest choice pack...

So if this has been covered to death please bear with me. I'm fairly new to the game, Xbox player who bought on Black Friday last year.
I accidentally chose the Haniger Finest card twice before I realized it was a no sell card. Didn't even realize I had messed up until I realized I was missing the Raisel Iglesias finest card but had already completed the Affinity program he came from.
I don't care so much about being stuck with the extra Haniger card but is there any way to get the iglesias card? I'm not seeing him in the market so I guess he also a no sell?

You can send In a support ticket, but you probably aren't going to get much help with 21. There is no other way for you to get iglesias without sending in a support ticket

Lol that sucks! I bought Erdman early on, locked him in the collection and then pulled him in the first no sell pack. That card haunts me daily.
