Help- All you PS5 IT Wizards

So I am an IT guy and I cannot get my PS5 to connect to my hotels intrrnet. In the past when this issue would pop up I would go to the User Manual from asettings and enter my room number and password. After that my previous failed connection would usually connect.
But... when that failed I had an option to connect my cell to the PS5-### network and go in that way. In this case the PS-XXX network option doesn"t pop up under 'Suggested Actions' and the User Manual give me a 'Cannot Connect to Server' error message.
I do not have a LAN cable. Anyone have any ideas?

Check to see if the hotel charges for such access

My advice is once you get it running please for the love of Mercy do not attempt to play anyone online you will ruin their night

He isnt traveling. He just stays at a Hotel on weekends to play people H2H online and give them hell.

Does the MAC address workaround not work anymore?

Got it figured out. IHG hotels look out game consoles. You need to get the number from the front desk and call them. They will open up the port.
