After first season ends

Hey guys
After I finish my first season and go into the off season, is there a way to turn the dh on, turn legends on and change other options? I like to change these options before the second season starts. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure once you start a franchise you can't change the settings. I can't say that I ever tried though

no you can not change these settings once you started. you will need to start a new franchise from scratch.
