ERA doesn't count for any attribute.
His K/9 are down this year which won't help. SDS relies on it heavily for pitcher ratings.
But his H/9, HR/9 and BB/9 are all slightly lower. So that might balance it out. -

No matter how easy it is for some to dislike the Astros, Verlander was great when he was with Detroit. I have respect for him as a great pitcher; unfortunately, his only ring is connected to that year.
