Custom league - Draft league/starting

I have a very active Draft league & we are drafting this week...we have been building this league for the last 3 years. We're currently in the playoffs & again the league is very ACTIVE. We have a good mix of PS/XBOX players. I'm looking for competitive players to join us for the next draft this week.

This sounds fun. just curious how to do you draft players in a custom league? Do you draft players a a ton of trades I'm assuming? Thanks.

yes we draft & make a bunch of trades....its a process but we have been doing it for 3 years & its definitely worth it
