Lost Rewards For Featured Program

When Faces of the Franchise expired at the end of April, I had about 52,000 XP and assumed (uh-oh) that I would just be delivered the Rewards packs I had archived at that point at 15,000, 30,000, and 45,000.
None of those packs are in My Inventory.
Was I supposed to "cash in" that XP to get those pack or perform some other action?

Once you reach the xp gates the rewards are unlocked automatically and would appear if you went to open packs

If that XP was earned before the program ended and AFTER you hit the max for the program, it does not carry over to the new program.

Thanks, all makes sense. I understand Program XP expires, I think I likely opened the pack rewards as I went without realizing they were tied to the Program.
