I've thought about it as well. I've contemplating buying a series x and gifting my ps5 to my father in law. That way I can have 120fps on most games, true next gem gaming, and gamepass, halo as well as earning some major brownie points with the In-laws

Yes. Make sure you set the PS5 account as the primary. If you login and don't have your stubs and cards, you messed up. You can unlink and everything will show up again. You are able to relink.

I got it last year and the create a stadium was awesome, but like i wanted it feel like a next gen. Idk i'm on the fence, going to find a buyer for my ps5 then pay day on friday but have to coach all weekend for wrestling so i'll wait and see.
