Are dynamic perks used in Diamond dynasty and online?

I just got a dynamic perk for my create a player which adds exit velocity on all normal swings, but I do not know if it makes that happen in Diamond dynasty as well as road to the show or not. Does anyone know?

Can be equipped onto a created player to be used either in your DD team. It will only give that player the perk, not other hitters or pitchers on your DD team. Also of-course it's used for your created player in RTTS & Franchise. Same however with the perk bonus only for the created player, not for others on the team. Only thing that does affect other players is visual only with Bat Skins ,Socks & Compression Sleeves, Either of those that you equip onto your created player will also default all others on the team to use that same Bat Skin, Socks & Compression Sleeves.
