When you create a player do you max him out by buying the high end equipment ? Haven't done it in a few years appreciate the feedback.

Yes. Stats only get to 50 through RTTS. Everything else is archetype, perks and equipment.

Thanks that's what I figured , because I faced a few that were all but maxed.
