Why is Vlad still supercharged?

It has been well over the 48 hours. Did I miss something and they extended it? I really like the supercharged thing, but it is a little odd if there is not consistency with things. I know I was using Happ in events last weekend and the second it was 48 hours it went away…but then this week things don’t seem to be consistent.
