If they give middling TN rewards in April: "Waaa, why aren't they giving us great rewards now?"
If they give middling TN rewards in August: "Waaa, none of these cards are as good as the ones from April!"

Okay. What exactly are you proposing? Do you want him to get a 97 overall in April, weeks after launch, for his performance in a single game? That would be even worse.
I understand the point you're trying to make. Players who get April rewards kinda get screwed a bit because they performed well earlier in the year as opposed to later. I doubt they would do this, but it would be interesting if they introduced the supercharged system to these early rewards later in the year to bring them up to par with the newer monthly awards that will eventually come out. Otherwise, I don't think there is a better solution.

I understand what you’re saying. I agree that they can’t release all the top tier cards this early. What I’m saying is, when a dude goes 5-5, let’s give him an appropriate card in the mid 90’s. Not an 84. But hey who am I?
