Serious question about hit timing

So is the 'Good' feedback general for most swings? I hit good timing with 95 Pujols PCI right in the sweet spot with lesser pitchers, but half of them were pop ups. Some left the yard

It seems like the good-timed results will be what the AI determines and not your timing.
