Is anyone getting kicked offline while doing Moments, Conquest, and other non head-to-head activity?

Also, the DD in-game play seems jumpy-- like skipping frames, etc.

Head-to-head I get. The April dumpster fire is in full swing.
But during Moments?

I personally have not had this experience. I'm not exonerating the game, but it may be something on your end.
