Reliever Stamina

Played a couple RS Games and the Stamina for RP is an absolute mess. Relievers like Dibble or Clase throwing 30+ pitches and are still green.

Haha yeah I said this the other day, they released a patch to fix the stamina issue but you already know in advance that their patch will create a new problem. And here it is.
