RTTS Attribute Bug

I am using a PS4 Pro and many times when I go to load into a game or go to next game in RTTS my pitching specialization doesn't load. Here is what it looks like when it works normally:

Here is what it looks like when the glitch happens:

As you can see the icon at the top of the screen is gray when the glitch is happening, and when I go in game all of my pitches have much lower velocity, break, and control. I believe the actual specialization (Swolhei) is not being loaded for some reason resulting in me only being at my base stats. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
