HR Cap and Pitching Quirks RTTS

Is there anyway the developers could make it so after you hit 255 homeruns in one season in RTTS it doesn't reset you to 0 homeruns. Some of us just like poppin' dingers all day and its really disappointing to be right before the playoffs and your homeruns reset completely messing up your stats. I know that RBI's can go well over 255 before resetting (if they even do reset).
Another thing is the pitching quirks. It would be SOOO awesome if we have a velocity specialty pitcher if we could get the quirk in RTTS that would let out pitcher occasionally pitch 102mph. I know it's a long shot actually getting these changes implemented but I had to ask!

Just found out there is a perk called Pulse Pounder that will help you throw a 4SFB 101 consistently with occasional 102 pitches which is awesome!!! Imagine if both the quirk and that dynamic perk were combined, Aroldis Chapman territory.
