Ok, what if selling them only beta me around 250K. Still worth it? Is probably keep Doby, Lofton, and Granderson to use until I got Trout.
Trout, yes correct.
Nah but seriously if you want to do LS collection early, getting Trout fast will be the key. If you arent in a big hurry you may be able to score him, and a lot others for much cheaper later in the year. But first 4-6 Months he is only gonna get more expensive. Most likely. If trends hold.
Yeah, I did the few teams I completed because I got the more expensive cards either in a pack or bought them for cheap.
I'm just wondering if I should sell off these extra Event rewards now or wait to see if they go up more?
It's pretty much sit on stubs in investments or liquidate those stubs and sit on them that way.

Ok, in another post I asked about AS Sizemore and got some decent feedback: so here goes.
I have been buying the Event rewards and the single BR Reward (Granderson).
I have 5 of Soriano and 5 of Nolan. And then one each of Leiter, Lofton, and Doby.
I haven't bought Mays or Sutton yet. Or the two new ones in Honus and Cishek.
The idea is to get them now and not have to when they jump in price later in the year.
And the 5 of Soriano and Nolan were for investment purposes.
So, do I sit on these (especially the extra Nolans and Soriano) until LATE in the games cycle; or do I just sell them off how and buy Trout, even though I will have his FOTF card here soon?
How much of a difference is there between the LS and the FOTF Trout; other than the LS version being more expensive and also a gatekeeper to Randy.
What BR reward Granderson are you talking about?

I sold about 200k of my investments yesterday to get trout. Bottom line is trout is at an affordable price right now. And investments haven't been acting the same as years prior. Even if event rewards pay off drastically that won't be until the collections. By then even if you have every event/br reward you won't be able to compelte the collection without the live series rewards.
That was my thinking anyway.
Plus it's trout man. Once you have him you basically have 95 glaus and 96 young and 92 keuchel all wrapped up.

Sorry. Meant Doby. Granderson was an Event reward I think.

I’d wait at least till the first collection comes around

To me you want to complete the LS early in the game cycle. Remember those cards (Randy, Frank, Clemente) will also be needed for the 1st big collection. There is also a spike on gatekeepers when we hit the first stub sale which is usually before the 1st big collection. In my opinion Im getting LS Trout if I were in your shoes. Last year, I focused on the market, investments, and stub stacking after completing the LS collection. It made the game much more enjoyable and in the end I was left with plenty of coins to buy Trout, Turner and Vlad Jr. for a million coins each.

id hold on to them until the first collection reward comes out, then people will be paying tons more for them to complete the new collection reward

I think I'm going to sell everything that isn't LS related now, except for my extra Sorianos and Ryans, to build my bank for LS Trout.
My goal is to get Trout before they release a stub sale.
